What is Sound Space?
Sound Space is a community, not a clinic or group practice.
We are a collective of independent, like-minded providers who value collaboration, shared learning, and professional connection across disciplines.
Sound Space brings together providers with a common purpose: to broaden our reach, form meaningful connections, participate in ongoing education, and reduce the isolation that so often comes with private practice.
We honor each provider's independence, scope of practice, and autonomy. There is no pressure to practice a certain way, but we do expect every provider to lead with curiosity, respect, and ethical care — grounded in trauma-informed and neurodiversity-affirming principles.
Who is Sound Space for?
Sound Space is built for two communities: providers and the families they serve. For providers, Sound Space welcomes independent professionals across disciplines, all united by a shared commitment to values-aligned, whole-person care:
-
Therapists, including SLPs, OTs, and PTs
-
Mental health professionals
-
Independent medical providers
-
Nutritionists
-
Education interventionists
-
Coaches and consultants
-
Related professionals who share our values
Providers in our directory are vetted based on their clinical perspective, not credentials alone. We prioritize providers who see the whole person, work collaboratively, and focus on strengths and underlying needs rather than labels or surface-level behaviors.

What Does Sound Space Offer Providers?
Private practice can feel isolating — that's exactly why Sound Space was created. We offer connection, learning, and support without compromising your independence.
