Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Navigating neurodivergence in a family can be tricky! In some cases, mental health is impacted, and things become even more complex. Many of the traditional approaches to parenting can send everyone into a tailspin, with an increase in stress, frustration, and overwhelm. With rich personal experience parenting in a neurodivergent household, in addition to a long career of compassionately supporting families in my psychotherapy practice, I pride myself on being a person who understands the intricacies of neurodiversity and actively fosters inclusivity and empowerment. Let’s do this!

Adult Coaching & Consulting

Adriann Theis (she/her)

Neurodivergent Coach & Consultant
As a neurodivergent coach for midlife women and fellow ND folks, I bring lived experience, and a deep understanding of what it means to unlearn perfectionism, masking, and people-pleasing—and start embracing your true self. Diagnosed with ADHD, OCD, and PTSD at 49 while navigating menopause, I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed yet “high-functioning.” That turning point led me to a life and career rooted in authenticity, compassion, and alignment. I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore what works for your brain and body—whether it's building a neurodivergent-friendly career, setting sustainable goals, or simply learning to be kinder to yourself.
